Wisconsin Early Childhood Association’s annual conference is a key training and professional development opportunity for early childhood educators through informative and engaging keynotes, breakouts, and interactive sessions. To support the geographic and professional development needs of early childhood professionals, several live and recorded sessions will be available online through Whova, the virtual conference platform.

WECA anticipates more than 800 attendees from Wisconsin and its neighboring states (including approximately 350 in-person attendees each day and hundreds of additional virtual attendees). The conference draws early childhood teachers, assistant teachers, directors, and family child care owners/providers in addition to representatives from state agencies, higher education institutions, and Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies.

Founded in 1971, Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) is a leading expert on early care and education (ECE) and supporter of the early childhood workforce. WECA works to create bold, transformative change and a more sustainable and equitable ECE system in Wisconsin. WECA’s cumulative efforts through key programs, training, research, and advocacy inherently impact all children, families, and communities in Wisconsin, though programming that directly serves at least 77% of regulated child care programs (reaching more than 150,000 children) and at least 87% (more than 28,300) of early childhood professionals across 72 Wisconsin counties and Tribal Nations.

Exhibit booths include an 8' table, pipe and drape backdrop and side rails, booth sign, wireless internet, two chairs, wastebasket, and the option for electricity. Site selection is determined by conference organizers. You are welcome to share your preferences in the text box below. We will do our best to make accommodations.

Virtual booths include the opportunity to share information about your organization (including descriptions of products/services, webpage links, videos, and other attachments) and engage with attendees. Virtual exhibitors also will receive access to the full attendee list via Whova.

For the best printing results, logo artwork should be provided as a VECTOR file: Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS), Corel Draw (.CDR)

Although not recommended, certain high-resolution image file formats can be submitted. Accepted application for providing high-resolution image files is Adobe Photoshop. Acceptable file formats are as follows: .JPG, .PSD, .TIF, .PDF

Artwork files must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI

Files must be saved at the maximum quality level
