We are delighted to announce that planning for the 2026 Pathways to Quality Conference and Resource Fair is in full swing! The conference will be a week-long hybrid event, offering attendees access live virtual sessions from Nov. 9 to Nov. 12, 2026; and an in-person experience on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. This year's overarching theme is "Build the Village: Powerful Partnerships for Every Child's Journey".

By submitting this exhibit application, you agree to the following:

Each exhibitor must purchase enough space to contain the entire exhibit without encroaching on aisle space or other available space.
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the rights reserved by Pathways to Quality, at its sole discretion, to select and assign space as well as rearrange and reassign exhibitors.
Booths must be staffed for all hours that the exhibit hall is open.
To ensure booth or table space, full payment is required.
Exhibitor will forfeit any space not occupied 30 minutes before exhibit hall opens. The space may be resold or reassigned by Pathways to Quality without refund.
Fees are not refundable.
Pathways to Quality is not responsible for any items or products that are left unattended.
Pathways to Quality will not set up any materials that you ship or drop off; nor pack and ship items once the conference is complete.
